Qualification: –

·       A degree in accounting from a recognized Institution.

·       A CPA Tanzania holder or its equivalent.

·       Prior work experience in a agricultural sector with staff supervision would be an added

·       Advantages

·       4/5 Years’ experience in the role preferably on private sector

·       Competent user of the Microsoft Office Suite. IFRS knowledge.

·       Computer literacy especially Advanced Excel/word/power point & familiarity with ERP system especially XERO / QuickBooks

·       Behavioural Competencies:

·       Solid analytical & problem-solving skills.

·       Good oral communication skills, both in English and Kiswahili.

·       Goal and deadline driven.

·       High level of integrity.

·       Willingness to learn and adapt their experience in a dynamic environment.

·       Ability to work in a team and manage people.

·       Be result orientated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
