Qualifications: –

·       Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Store, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role in private sector company;

·       Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

·       2/3 years’ experience of supply chain management best practices in agricultural sector

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Knowledge of agri business industry procurement requirements is a plus.

·       Solid analytical & problem-solving skills.

·       Good oral communication skills, both in English and Kiswahili.

·       Goal and deadline driven.

·       High level of integrity.

·       Willingness to learn and adapt their experience in a dynamic environment.

·       Ability to work in a team and manage people.

·       Be result orientated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
