Description

Qualifications:

·       Advance diploma/Diploma/certificate on Secretarial studies or related studies.

·       A minimum of 2 year of proven experience in a similar role.

·       Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.

·       Superb written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

·       Past experience in exporting company is  advantage

·       Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

·       Solid analytical & problem-solving skills.

·       Good oral communication skills, both in English and Kiswahili.

·       Goal and deadline driven.

·       High level of integrity.

·       Willingness to learn and adapt their experience in a dynamic environment.

·       Ability to work in a team and manage people.

·       Be result orientated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
