Description

Qualifications: –

  • A holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree/ Human Resources, Public Administration or related field, from a recognized university,
  • A Registered Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania or in process of attainment thereof is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of professional work experience,
  • Willingness to specialize in HR legal matters
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with Staff, Management,
  • Solid analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Good oral communication skills, both in English and Kiswahili.
  • Goal and deadline driven.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt their experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage people.
  • Be result orientated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
