Description
Qualifications: –
- A holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree/ Human Resources, Public Administration or related field, from a recognized university,
- A Registered Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania or in process of attainment thereof is an added advantage.
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional work experience,
- Willingness to specialize in HR legal matters
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with Staff, Management,
- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Good oral communication skills, both in English and Kiswahili.
- Goal and deadline driven.
- High level of integrity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt their experience in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in a team and manage people.
- Be result orientated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
